Our hotel`s structure is characterized by the large terraces of each room and apartment, which are framed by Bougainville tendrils that grow up to the roof. Our Wi-Fi connection is free of charge and covers all communal areas and each private room and apartment. The rooms and apartments are fitted with doors made out of double-glass, furthermore there are external doors with variable shutters, which allow a complete darkening of the rooms. In our bathrooms, which are endowed with showers, we got rid of all singlepackaging, following our philosophy of sustainability (Eco-Label); there are soup and shampoo dispensers, in addition every room type accommodates a TV, hairdryer, minibar, safe and an air conditioner which refreshes or warms up according to the season. On the terraces you can find a table, chairs, chaise longue and clotheslines.


         


All the rooms are furnished either with queen-size beds or single beds, the interior is kept simple, with lots of natural wood and typical Sardish wall hangings, adapted to a stay at the seaside. On demand we can also provide baby cots. Moreover the apartments and studio apartments have a kitchen corner with a stove, refrigerator, sink and lots of useful kitchen accessories (plates, glasses, tableware, pots etc.). Kitchen towels are not provided. Inside all the apartments there is a table with chairs, whereas in the rooms and attic rooms there is just a desk with a single chair.

All our rooms distinguish themselves through details, still they can be categorized according to six main groups.



Two-room-apartment on the first floor Our apartments with sea view on the first floor are the biggest rooms of the hotel. There is one room with a queen-size bed, and a second room (a bit smaller) with the kitchen corner and the 3rd bed. On demand we can provide a 4th bed in either of the rooms. If you want to use the apartment just in two, it is possible to arrange the third bed, so that it can be utilized as a couch.

         



Two-room-apartment on the second floor In our two-room-apartments on the second floor you can enjoy a fantastic view on the sea and surroundings. These apartments are equipped with a big bedroom (bigger than in the apartments on the first floor) which can host up to 4 beds (one queen-size bed and two single beds), and a separate room which houses the kitchen and a TV (no beds in this room).

         



Big studio apartment This room type has one big room with three beds (one queen-size bed and a single bed), but it is possible to provide a 4th bed. In the same room there is a fully equipped kitchen corner.

         



Small studio apartment This apartment is smaller than the big studio apartment, hence it is an ideal choice for couples. Without problems there can be provided a 3rd bed, furthermore there is also a furnished kitchen corner.

         



Rooms The rooms are arranged in a very simple design, there was used lots of natural, untreated wood, and you will find the typical Sardish wall hangings. There is one queen-size bed (on demand substituted by two single beds), a closet, dressers, a desk, a refrigerated minibar and a TV with satellite- and digital-channels.

         



Mansard (attic rooms) The attic room is the smallest room type in our hotel, they are all situated on the third floor of the building and mostly offer an amazing view over the area; a few attic rooms have private terraces. The room type is characterized by cosy pitches of the roof, which can be slightly low on certain points. Those rooms are the most economic we offer, they are perfect for couples or single travelers as there is no possibility to provide a further bed to the existing queen-size bed.
